This addition marks another impressive chapter in South-East Queensland’s ever-expanding hospitality scene.

Open seven days a week, including Friday and Saturday nights for dinner, the Distillery Restaurant offers a unique dining experience. Guests can join us for a guided tour of the oldest distillery in Australia, enjoy a tasting of our award-winning rums, and savor a Tex-Mex inspired lunch from our distillery kitchen.
